#ScholarsStrikeCanada for anti-racism - September 9-10, 2020

Dear CSSR Members,

This message is on behalf of the Canadian Society for the Study of Religion (CSSR) in full support of Black Lives Matter and #ScholarsStrikeCanada for anti-racism that calls academics to take strike action from September 9–10, 2020.

This is an opportunity for us as scholars in the study of religion to push back and destabilize systemic racism and centre Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour experiences in our academic communities as well as in the Canadian context.
