Call for Research Participants – North African Muslims and their Perceptions of Laicité and Islamophobia

Call for research participants: This project is seeking to interview north African people who identify as Muslims on several topics. First, we’ll discuss their perception on debates about laicité in Quebec and latest bill voted (Bill 62, Bill 21 among others bills). Then, we’ll talk about Islamophobia since the Quebec Mosque attack in 2017. Finally, both the bills voted recently and Islamophobia will be discussed to focus on their impact into living religion on a daily basis at school or/and in the workplace.
