Congrès 2015 / Congress 2015 – University of Ottawa
30 mai – 2 juin 2015 / May 30 – June 2 2015
Dear Colleagues,
Please click here to download the final program (as of May 29th) for CSSR’s upcoming conference as part of Congress 2015 at the University of Ottawa.
Individuals whose papers have been accepted into the program must be members of the CSSR and must register for Congress (http://congress2015.ca/)
If you aren’t presenting but are interested in attending, you can also register through the conference site – and consider becoming a member of CSSR or renewing your membership at the same time! You will receive a subscription to Studies in Religion and can become involved as a conference presenter at future Congress meetings. More perks of membership here: http://www.cssrscer.ca/?q=node/64
Please take note of the following notices from CFHSS regarding parking and bottled water:
1) Parking at the University of Ottawa:
On campus parking at the University of Ottawa is very limited, and there will be considerable competition for parking spaces during Congress, including side-street parking. If at all possible, avoid bringing a car, carpool, or if you must bring a car, plan to park at your hotel or somewhere far from campus and take public transit.
2) Bottled-Water Free Campus:
The University of Ottawa is a bottled-water free campus. Please bring your own travel mug or water bottle to use at water fountains or for coffee, etc.
Childcare at Congress
There will be a child minding service for children under 5, (no matter the amount of children registered.)
They are currently working on a registration link. Once that link is functional, it will be posted on the Congress web site (http://congress2015.ca/plan-your-trip/local-amenities/child-minding). Parents have until May 14 to register their children.
If you have any questions please contact edetelli@uottawa.ca or 613-562-5800 extension 7418.
