CFP – conference on “Ways of Knowing” – Science, Religion and Culture Program – Harvard Divinity School
The Science, Religion, and Culture Program at Harvard Divinity School is soliciting proposals for “Ways of Knowing,” the second annual graduate student conference on religion (Oct 25-26, 2013). We invite all interested graduate students and early career scholars to submit proposals for projects that interrogate religious practices in their relationship to subjectivities, knowledges, authorities, discourses, texts, and experiences. We welcome papers on history, philosophy, theology, anthropology, and sociology of religion as well as papers on the relation between religion and politics, arts or the sciences.
The submission deadline is July 1, 2013.
