A summer school and a symposium on food and religion are organised at the Université Laval in Quebec City, May 1-5, 2023. This is a joint initiative by the Faculty of theology and religious studies and the Faculty of Agriculture and Food Sciences, with the support of the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada.
