“Artistry” – 48th Annual Conference on South Asia, Madison Wisconsin

Call for Papers

The 48th Annual Conference on South Asia – to be held October 17-20, 2019 at the Madison Concourse Hotel & Governor’s Club – invites proposals for Symposia, Panels, RoundTables, Single Papers, and Film Screenings.

We are pleased to announce this year’s theme as ARTISTRY; we encourage proposals relating to all countries of South Asia in a wide variety of disciplines.

The online submission portal will open on our website for all submissions on February 1st, 2019. Please note that Panels must have 4 papers.

Deadline for Thursday Symposia (formerly known as PreConference) is March 1st at 11:59pm CST.
Deadline for Panels, RoundTables, and Single Papers is April 1st at 11:59pm CST.
Deadline for Film Submissions, Book Exhibits, Advertisements, Association Meetings, and Special Events is September 1st at 11:59pm CST.
