The Canadian Society for the Study of Religion will hold our 2025 Annual Meeting in conjunction with Congress at George Brown College in Toronto, Ontario.

We are a Canadian academic society oriented to the scholarly study of religion.

We…

• Foster an interdisciplinary environment
• Encourage research in the development of the study of religion, with particular reference to Canada
• Promote a critical examination of the goals, methods, and styles of teaching demanded by the discipline
